Parents-on-Duty Instructions:

• Arrive at the school by 1:10 PM.

• Place classroom signs on the wall next to the room.

• Take photos of all classrooms used (213, 218, 131, 136, 132, 133, 160, 176, 177, 178, 210)

• Set up the multipurpose room (218) 

  • Bring 2 black folding tables from the storage and set them up; if there are no chairs in the space, bring 10 folding chairs to the room.

  • Bring the printers from the storage.

  • Bring the teaching supplies from the storage, including the class bell.

  • Bring the School Shop Goodies from storage and set up the School Shop.

• Monitor student behavior throughout each session and provide appropriate disciplinary action if needed.

• Ring the bell:

  • 1:30pm (Section A Begins)

  • 2:15pm (Recess Begins)

  • 2:20pm (Recess Ends)

  • 2:55pm (Section A Ends)

  • 3:00pm (Section B Starts)

  • 3:55pm (Section B Ends)

  • 4:00pm (Section C Starts)

  • 4:55pm (Section C Ends)

• Return the tables, chairs and any supplies to the storage room and clean up the classrooms. Vacuum/sweep if necessary

• Restore classrooms to their original state as depicted in the photos taken.

• Ensure the facility is ready for use for the school week.
