2024-2025 Parents-on-Duty Schedule to come  

Parents-on-Duty Instructions:

• Arrive at the school by 12:45pm the latest

• Place the classroom signs on the wall next to the room

• Set up the classrooms:

  • AC1b - 4 small tables, 8 small chairs, 1 white board

  • AC2 - 4 small tables, 6 small chairs, 1 white board

  • A7 - 2 big  tables,  6 big chairs, 1 white board

  • B4 - 2 large tables, 6 big chairs, 1 white board

  • AC1a/B3/C2 - 3 large tables (2 of 3 line up straight), 10 big chairs from the auditorium (please use the chairs on the other side of the sound system to open up the space so the dance class can use); move the TV from the storage room and place it on one of the tables; 1 white board 

  • A2 - remove the existing table and the rocking chair and place them outside the room; place 3 small tables, small chairs on the opposite side of the sofa; 1 white board

  • A5/B6/C1 - 2 large tables (line up straight), 10 big chairs (using existing ones in the room), 1 white board

  • A4 - 1 large table, use the existing chairs in the room.

  • B5 - 1 white board

• Ring the bell:

  • 1:30pm (Section A Starts)

  • 2:15pm (Recess Starts)

  • 2:20pm (Recess Ends)

  • 2:55pm (Section A Ends)

  • 3:00pm (Section B Starts)

  • 3:55pm (Section B Ends)

  • 4:00pm (Section C Starts)

  • 5:00pm (Section C Ends)

• Return the tables and chairs into the storage room and clean up the classrooms, and vacuum if necessary
